Terms & Conditions
The rules and guidelines for using Drivora.
Welcome to Drivora.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Drivora platform, website, applications, and related services ("Drivora", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using Drivora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.
About Drivora
Drivora is a transportation technology platform designed to connect riders with independent drivers.
Drivora provides technology that allows riders to request transportation and allows drivers to receive and manage ride requests.
Drivora does not necessarily provide the transportation itself. Drivers are responsible for providing transportation services using their own vehicles and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, insurance requirements, and safety requirements.
Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use transportation services and enter into agreements under applicable law.
Drivers must meet all applicable legal requirements for operating a vehicle.
Drivora may require drivers to provide information or documentation necessary to verify their eligibility to use the Platform as a driver.
Rider Accounts
A rider does not necessarily need to create an account to request a ride through Drivora.
Depending on the features being used, Drivora may collect information necessary to process and coordinate a ride request.
Providing inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or intentionally incomplete information may result in cancellation of a ride or restriction of access to the Platform.
Driver Accounts
Drivers may create an account and apply to use Drivora as a driver.
Approval to use the Platform as a driver is subject to Drivora's applicable requirements and verification process.
Drivers are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and secure.
Driver Responsibilities
Drivers are responsible for:
- Operating their vehicle safely.
- Maintaining a valid driver's license.
- Maintaining any legally required permits, registrations, and insurance.
- Maintaining their vehicle in a safe and legally compliant condition.
- Following applicable traffic and transportation laws.
- Treating riders respectfully.
- Keeping their account credentials secure.
Rider Responsibilities
Riders are responsible for:
- Providing accurate pickup and destination information.
- Treating drivers respectfully.
- Following reasonable safety instructions from the driver.
- Not intentionally damaging a driver's vehicle.
- Not using the Platform for unlawful activities.
- Not requesting transportation for purposes that could create an unreasonable safety risk.
Ride Requests
Submitting a ride request does not necessarily guarantee that a driver will accept the request.
A ride becomes an accepted ride when a driver accepts the request through the Platform.
Drivers may accept or decline available ride requests.
Drivora may cancel, restrict, or modify a ride request where necessary because of technical issues, safety concerns, suspected misuse, unavailable drivers, inaccurate information, or other circumstances affecting the Platform.
Fares
Drivers set their own ride rates where permitted by the Platform.
The fare presented to the rider is based on the applicable information provided through the Platform.
Drivers are responsible for ensuring that their rates comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Drivora does not guarantee any particular level of earnings, number of rides, or demand for drivers.
Drivora Platform Fee
Drivora currently charges drivers a platform fee of $5.00 BSD for each completed ride.
Driver signup is currently free.
The platform fee is separate from the fare charged for the transportation service.
Drivora may change its platform fees in the future. Where appropriate, updated fees will be communicated through the Platform or other reasonable means.
Payments
Payment methods available through Drivora may vary depending on the features and services available at the time.
Where cash payment is available, riders may pay the driver directly.
Where digital payment functionality is available, payments may be processed through the applicable payment service.
Drivora is not responsible for errors, delays, failures, reversals, or restrictions imposed by third-party payment providers.
Cancellations
A rider may cancel a ride request where cancellation functionality is available.
A driver may also decline or cancel a ride where permitted by the Platform.
Drivora may restrict accounts that demonstrate repeated abuse of the cancellation system or other behavior that negatively affects the Platform.
Safety
Users should exercise reasonable care when using transportation services.
Riders should verify that the vehicle and driver correspond to the information presented through the Platform before entering a vehicle.
Drivers and riders should not use the Platform while engaging in unlawful, dangerous, threatening, or abusive behavior.

No Guarantee of Ride Availability
Drivora does not guarantee that a driver will always be available.
Likewise, Drivora does not guarantee that drivers will receive a particular number of ride requests, a particular amount of income, or a particular level of demand.
Limitation of Responsibility
Drivora provides the technology used to facilitate interactions between riders and drivers.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Drivora is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent drivers or riders, including conduct occurring outside the Platform.
